Hi, I'm Chris England
Chris England is a native of Hilton Head Island and a real estate industry veteran. Chris has spent the last 17 years leading sales and marketing teams in master-planned communities. Most recently he served for the last 9 years as Vice President of a leading master-planned community developer in South Carolina’s Lowcountry. In his role as Broker in Charge of the company’s brokerages, he oversaw all sales operations with real estate transactions totaling over $1B. Prior to real estate, Chris served as an Air Force officer for 12 years on active duty and in the reserves, at both stateside and overseas duty locations. Chris is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Business Management.
