The Process
Before submitting any forms, please check with your Broker-In-Charge to ensure alignment with your brokerage’s policies. Our agents are trained to process these forms quickly when they are filled out correctly. Please note that the compensation agreement must be signed by both the listing and selling brokerages for the offer to be valid. Remember, compensation offers are made by the listing brokerage. Processing will be smooth when Sequel Real Estate Group | COMPASS is accurately listed as the compensating party (select the “Listing Brokerage” box and enter “Compass Carolinas” where indicated), and when all forms are fully completed and signed.
