Born and raised in Southern California, Gary, his wife, Pam, and their son moved to Bluffton, SC, in 2021. Looking to experience something new, they immediately fell in love with the low country. Gary graduated from Cal State Fullerton with a B.A. in Business Administration / Marketing. After a successful career selling software and leading Enterprise Software sales teams, Gary and Pam pursued their shared passion for real estate, channeling 12+ years of experience investing in rental properties into helping others realize their real estate dreams. When he’s not immersed in real estate, Gary enjoys golf, beach volleyball, boating, and of course, SEC Football (Go Dawgs!).
